Just wanted
to say Thank You so much for the wonderful time we had on
Sunday. We enjoyed seeing the Na Pali coast, but it was the
crew that really made the difference. Your crew is outstanding!!
They all went above and beyond in being courteous and helpful.
Obviously, customer service is very important to you and it
shows. We felt appreciated and never lacked for anything...the
crew was consistently conscientious in meeting our needs.
Unfortunately, not all their faces are on your website, but
the crew on that day was excellent. Shalynn was definitely
there...I think another name was Ron (I'm sorry, names have
never been my thing). Please let the other members know how
much we appreciated their attention and professionalism and
for making the trip so memorable. I got some awesome shots
of the dolphins-all because of you. Angela in reservations
was great too!

Our family of 4 had the pleasure of going on one of your cruises
on Wednesday, June 27th. It was truly the highlight of our
first visit to the islands! The scenery was fantastic, the
food and drinks great, but the crew was best of all. They
were pleasant, polite, fun, helpful, knowledgeable - and always
there with a hand when the water got rough! Our commendations
to you for having such a super staff - Captain Chris, Brad,
Dylan and Bruce.
